How the rankings are setup
there are 10 weight divisions from featherweight through heavyweight.
Each weight class there will be 2 brackets winning class and losing class, this helps fighters stay within the top 25 that have the most fights under their belt to make sure the up and comers earn their way to the top.
Fighters are ranked according to their
1. Fighters must have at least one fight within the last 12 months Fighters are no longer eligible to be ranked after they’ve been inactive for 12 months, either due to injuries, drug/conduct suspensions, or self-imposed hiatuses.
2. Fighters are placed in the weight division of their last fight. If the fight took place at a catchweight then the fighter will be moved into the next highest weight class. Fighters can be ranked in only one weight class at a given time.
3. All stats are pulled from the fighter database, SportsGeeks. If a fight is missing please contact us.

IF A FIGHTER FAILED A DRUG TEST NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES THEY ARE BANNED FROM THE RANKINGS FOR A YEAR.
