Charmaine Tweet wants on Invicta FC 13 Guarantees a First Round Knock Out

Charmaine Tweet is wanting on the next Invicta FC card that will held in Las Vegas this July.

Shannon Knapp said last night that there would be 3 title fights on the card with Cyborg defending her title once again along with Atomweight champion Herica Tiburcio (9-2) opposite Ayaka Hamasaki (10-1) as the co-main event.

Charmaine who just lost against Cyborg in the first round of their last match wants in the cage at the 155lbs weight class against the talented Andria Wawro who is also coming off a loss. This match would make sense since both fighters like fighting at their natural weight and do not have to cut much weight for the fight. A new hashtag was born out the 155lbs weight division that will be used to get that division going in Invicta #155tillwedie

Charmaine was quoted saying today ” I would love to fight Andria Wawro at IFC 13 at 155. But if they offered me the Van Duin Fight, I couldn’t sign the contract fast enough, …I would guarantee a 1st round KO “

Faith who just won her promotional debut at Invicta FC 12 is looking to get another win in 2015 but that fight would probably be at 145lbs weight class which Charmaine would not mind fighting at either if called upon by Invicta.

Last night Julie Kedzie brought up a point during the UFC Fight Pass broadcast of Invicta FC 12 saying that fighters should fight at their natural weight and also mentioned again that she hates to see fighters cutting weight dangerously. I posted a question to Julie and have not received a response as of yet, stating “Why are they not doing it? Wondering?” I would love to have that questioned answered by the matchmaker or Shannon herself.

It seems since that 4 fighter’s missed weight on the Invicta FC 12 card there should be some changes with fighters and making weight in the future.
