ICYMI: Cyborg Wants Megan Anderson for Next Fight at UFC 221

Via reports from BJPenn.com, Cris Cyborg wants to fight Megan Anderson on the big stage. Megan is a true 145lber in the Featherweight Division, built by the UFC.

Cris wants to ensure that the Featherweight Division continues, even after her retirement, sometime in the future.

If Anderson is not available, Cris wants to fight Pam Sorenson, who ranked in the Featherweight Division. Many would like to see Amanda Nunes fight Cris, and Amanda has called for that fight. However, it has been a long time since Amanda fought in the Featherweight Division, having only fought in the Bantamweight Division for the past few years.

Will Megan Anderson answer the call? It’s tough to tell at this time, but I do think she will come up from InvictaFC and take the challenge.
