Ian Happ, ranked No. 2 on MLB.com’s list of top 30 Cubs prospects, was called up on Saturday on a short-term basis because of injuries to players, and he’ll bat second and play right field against the Cardinals. To make room on the roster for Happ, right-hander Felix Pena was sent to Iowa.
