Holly to get 7 Million Payday from Ronda Rematch
According to a post from NZ Herald Holly is going to get a payday from her next fight with Ronda with this matchup taking place July 9th at UFC 200 in Las Vegas.
Lots of speculation if Ronda can be ready by then with Holly wanting to fight before her rematch against Tate who she thinks deserves a title shot, but Dana quashed that saying that Holly will only fight Ronda period. When the 34-year-old Holm savagely beat the previously unbeaten fellow American at UFC 193 in Melbourne in November, talk immediately shifted to when the pair would do battle in again.
The UFC has reportedly set a date for what would be the most anticipated fight of 2016 – July 9 at UFC 200 in Las Vegas. Speaking on his podcast, UFC broadcaster Joe Rogan said Holm’s wallet would be the biggest beneficiary if that was to unfold.
