In a Instagram post Kelly states that she was allowed to leave her fight against Amberlynn Orr to fight at Dana’s Contender Series which is step up to getting a contract to fight in the UFC, you cannot blame her for making the move as any fighter in that position would do the same thing, good luck Kelly and Janay on your upcoming battle.

She is taking on Janay Harding from Australia.

Here is her entire post from Instagram:

This cheesy smile says it all! I am beyond excited to announce that I will be fighting August 29th for the UFC Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series. This is a huge opportunity and I’m so blessed and thankful to be given it. I will be taking on Australia’s Janay Harding in what should be an amazing fight. It’s surreal to know I am so close to accomplishing everything I set out for. I couldn’t have gotten here without so many people. I’d like to give a special thank you to @invictafc for allowing me to withdraw from my scheduled fight with them to accept this fight. I feel better than ever and I’m excited to go out there and show Dana White and the rest of the world what I’m made of. I told you I’d be back ??? #KillerComeback #danawhitecontenderseries
