It did not take long for Miesha to go on Twitter and let her fans know that this is not going to happen to me, stated here:  Guaranteed she won’t do that to me #RouseyTatelll #ImComingForGold https://t.co/0uf9HotTp0 — Miesha Tate (@MieshaTate) August 2, 2015.

Four win Streak

Miesha is on a four win streak ever since she lost to Rousey back in 2013 and is gunning for the belt. The only problem with that is, Miesha won those fights by decision in all four of those fights. This makes this fight ever more interesting since Miesha is the only fighter that got Ronda out of the first round and actually made it to the third round. Will Miesha overcome her faults that happened the first time against Rousey or will she end becoming just another victim for the third time.

Looking back at Miesha’s fights she looked good with better punching power and a ground defense that is defined by many as much improved since the last meeting, is that enough against the baddest woman on the planet.

Liz Carmouche fight

The Carmouche fight Miesha was coming off her loss to Ronda but looked great against another good fighter and Miesha was also calm and her defended the takedown was on point as well as her sharp striking was coming into play.

Rin Nakai fight

Miesha had a great ground defense against Rin Nakai and really gave Rin a lot of problems and every time the Rin tried to go for a takedown and Miesha defended very well. As stated before her punching looked very improved since the Carmouche fight and threw many combos against Rin that was sharp and clean.

Sara McMann fight

The McMann fight was just what Miesha needed to get into title contention when Miesha came back from devastating first round from McMann. McMann did not really do much on the ground for Miesha and again Miesha defended very well as we saw an ever improving ground game. This how Miesha won the fight by improved ground game.

Miesha improving for a title shot

As Miesha is preparing for another war with Ronda going the distance in all four of those fights makes Miesha a possibly well rounded fighter but it may not be on the same level as Ronda Rousey and we might see another victory for Ronda which many expect.

If for some reason Miesha can get out of the first again and improve her ground even more there might be something there but Ronda studies and when Ronda studies she knows just about every weakness and will exploit it to her advantage.

Good luck to Miesha in her upcoming training camp, per the web Miesha might get the chance to fight Ronda in December.
