Roxanne Modafferi Talk about fight with Molly Helsel
Roxanne Modafferi (14-5-0-0) wins her match against Molly Helsel (8-9-1-0) this past weekend with a rear naked choke to make her position and stance to go for the 135 title in Strikeforce. Right now the title fight between Kaufman and Hashi set for February 26th is one that I think Sarah will have no problem, the contender spot is one that Roxy has a chance to make a bid for.
I asked Roxy a few questions after her fight with Molly and she responds here:
SportsGeeks: Gives us your take on your last fight with Molly…
Roxy: I’ve wanted to fight Molly for a long time because I knew she’s a tough competitor, so it’s an honor to finally face her. The owner/promoter said it was one of the best fights of the night and we didn’t disappoint. I hope the fans support us and King of the Cage and purchase the PPV when it comes out in a few months!

I hope Roxy is next in line for the 135 title, I believe she is ready and after her last interview with SportsGeeks she said that she does still have a contract with Strikeforce just have to see what Strikeforce does…
