Roxanne Modafferi Wants Sarah Kaufman
Well since Friday’s win at Strikeforce’s CS 6 Sarah Kaufman is now looking forward to either some time off or she could be getting ready for her next match.
We all believe that Roxanne Modafferi is moving up in Unified Rankings to the #2 spot since Hashi lost to Kaufman and by tonight’s twitter by Roxy you will see that she is finding ways to prepare for Sarah Kaufman if she gets the call…from Roxy’s Twitter “Roxyfighter I can’t walk through the gym door without thinking bout how to train for Sarah Kaufman.@_@ I don’t even know if or when I’ll be fighting her”
MarQ our MMA analyst for women’s MMA believes that Roxy should get her shot before the 135lb tournament that strikeforce wants to put on sometime in the future, we don’t know that date but I am sure we will know soon.
Looking back at Roxy I believe she should get the next shot no matter what happens, but going through a tournament as this point would not be a good choice, I believe that the tournament should be for up and coming fighters to get their chance at a strikeforce contract. Usually it does not go like we want but sometimes they do listen to us in some sort of way and since MarQ has predicted some of the moves that Strikeforce has done which at least they are reading some of the stuff online or by chance we are getting things right in their thought processes.
