1. If you had a super power what would it be? The power to make others laugh uncontrollably.

2. Who would you want with you if you were stranded on a deserted island? I like being around people, but I can’t think of anyone I know who wouldn’t drive me totally nuts in that scenario.

3. What DVD could you watch over and over? Terribly cliché, but I could recite pretty much all of Fight Club by heart. I loved that movie even before I discovered MMA.

4. If you won $1,000,000, what’s the first thing you’d buy? I’m somewhat of a minimalist, so I don’t really need any more physical stuff to weigh me down. But I could really blow some cash on plane tickets– I’ve got places to see!

5. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? I’m still investigating the answer to this question. (See #4)

6. What’s the last thing you ate? Mashed plantains and grass-fed ground beef.

7. At which store would you like to max-out a credit card? The Bridge City Fight Shop. I need to replace basically all of my MMA gear… it’s getting pretty worn out.

8. Who’s your fave sports team? I don’t follow any sports that don’t involve combat.

9. If you were a crayon, what color would you be? Indigo-purple.

10. What’s your fave song/artist right now? I can’t get enough of Gogol Bordello and Macklemore.

11. What restaurant would you choose for date night? There’s a food cart called “Carte Blanche” here in Portland that I cannot get enough of– I take everyone I know there.

12. What’s the farthest you’ve been from home? I’ve seen both coasts of the US, and most of what’s in between them. But I want to go much farther away when I get the chance…

13. If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you choose? Neil Degrasse Tyson. Actually, he can come hang out on the deserted island with me too.
