Two Title Bouts Headline Invicta 19

Invicta FC 19 will takes place Friday, Sept. 23 in Kansas City, Mo. The event will feature title fights in the flyweight and atomweight divisions.

Flyweight Title: Jennifer Maia (13-4-1) vs. Roxanne Modafferi (19-12)

The main event of the takes center stage as Jennifer Maia takes on a tough and true warrior Roxanne Modafferi. Both fighters are coming off wins in the last two fights and Maia taking four wins in a row since IFC 11. Maia who is the interim flyweight champion with Invicta is looking to defend the belt for the first time this year. Roxy has been absolutely fabulous since making the move back to states and making her home in Las Vegas.

Atomweight Title: Ayaka Hamasaki (13-1) vs. Jinh Yu Frey (5-1)

The co-main event is set for Ayaka to make her second title defense against Jinh Frey. Both fighters are coming off fresh wins for their division.
