Marlins lefty Jeff Locke doesn’t quite resemble the pitcher who made 19 starts and 11 relief appearances for the Pirates last season, though that’s partly by design. Tuesday, Locke will match up with Cubs righty Jake Arrieta, who is coming off a solid outing in San Diego.
