Willson Contreras celebrated the one-year anniversary of his first Major League hit by smacking a tying home run leading off the seventh and Javier Baez scored the go-ahead run on an error by Padres left fielder Jose Pirela to lift the Cubs to a 3-2 victory on Monday night.
