Cubs grab late lead, but 'pen can't hold it

The Pirates completed a sweep of the Cubs on Sunday, but needed a review to make sure. pinch-runner Alen Hanson scored the tiebreaking run on Andrew McCutchen’s fielder’s choice, and Adam Frazier added a three-run homer in the ninth to lift the Pirates to a 6-1 victory over the Cubs and their first sweep at Wrigley FIeld since Sept. 5-7, 2014.
