Gabby Gabanator Holloway wins her fight by Split Decision

Gabanator gets the decision win over Andria Wawro last night in a tough battle at Camp LeJeune‬. Gabby posted this to her Facebook page yesterday to express her gratitude to her sponsors and coaches:

Andria also posted about the fight after her lost: “Thought I had it but I lost a split decision. Sorry everyone” she went on to explain in another post how she thought she had the fight won but let the fight go to the judges and what have I said all these years since covering WMMA “Don’t leave it in the Judges scorecard(hands)” and Andria realized it in her post.

It’s tough losing a fight by split decision its a 50/50 chance of winning and makes you wonder what went wrong, was it me, was it the judges, or did she just do better than me? Whatever the case may be you have to figure out how to win the match before all three rounds expire.

I am glad to see some movement in the Lightweight division it sure does need some more fighters in the class to move up instead of always trying cut to dangerously levels in some promotions.
