Cubs fans waited 108 years before the team won a World Series. On Monday, those lucky enough to be at Wrigley Field had to wait a little longer. The banner raising ceremony scheduled to begin at 6:15 p.m. CT at Wrigley Field to celebrate the Cubs’ World Series championship was delayed because of inclement weather in the area.
