Cubs pitcher Jon Lester made his spring debut in Sunday’s 9-9 tie with Texas, but the bigger news wasn’t that he went two innings or that he’s rooting for his former catcher David Ross in “Dancing with the Stars.” Lester and his wife, Farrah, named their daughter — born Nov. 29 — Cy Elizabeth, and the left-hander wanted to make it clear that had nothing to do with the top pitching award.
