Many fighters in the mixed martial arts community have confessed their sympathy for “Cyborg”, pleading the UFC to create a featherweight division. Lansberg doesn’t have any sympathy for “Cyborg”, however. She told MMA Fighting:
“Yeah, [I have no sympathy for the rough weight cut to 140] is her problem. She’s been doing this for years and it’s a part of the game. To win a fight, you have to make weight.”
