There is a reasonable chance both the bullpens of the Cubs and Mets will be employed early and often Wednesday during the teams’ series finale of a three-game set at Citi Field. That’s because New York starter Matt Harvey has completed six innings just once since April 21, and Mike Montgomery, starting for Chicago, was used as a reliever for the first two months of 2017.
