Last year, the Cubs’ starting pitchers boasted the lowest ERA in the National League. In the first month of this season, it’s the relievers who are on top, with an NL-best 2.71. Cubs manager Joe Maddon gave credit to all the pitchers in the ‘pen, but especially Hector Rondon.
