1. If you had a super power what would it be? The ability to time travel.
2. Who would you want with you if you were stranded on a deserted island? This is difficult, but I would be satisfied to have the company of any of the following 3: My boyfriend, my sister, or my best friend.
3. What DVD could you watch over and over? Either Anchorman (because I enjoy ridiculous comedies) or Good Will Hunting (it was filmed in both the city I grew up in as well as at the college I attended, and Matt Damon and Ben Affleck both went to my high school. So it’s a nostalgic film for me).
4. If you won $1,000,000, what’s the first thing you’d buy? I’m not a very materialistic person, so I would probably put most of it in a savings account, and then devote a good amount of it to various charities.
5. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be? I recently moved to Southern California after living in various cold weather areas of the country my whole life, so thus far, I’m pretty satisfied and couldn’t see myself wanting to live anywhere else. Although a part of me really misses living in NYC.
6. What’s the last thing you ate? Tofu
7. At which store would you like to max-out a credit card? Any store that donates the proceeds of their profits to a good cause — Goodwill or similar charity-based stores. I’m not a big fan of shopping, so at least a lot of other people would benefit from a shopping spree!
8. Who’s your fave sports team? Boston Celtics
9. If you were a crayon, what color would you be? Black
10. What’s your fave song/artist right now? I don’t have a specific favorite song or artist right now, but I’ve had the song “The Man” by Aloe Blacc stuck in my head for the past few days. (It’s the song used in the Beats by Dre commercials featuring Kevin Garnett and Colin Kaepernick).
11. What restaurant would you choose for date night? Any sports-themed restaurant or bar that might be airing any MMA fight cards or professional sports games of interest. I’m a pretty avid sports fan.
12. What’s the farthest you’ve been from home? Beirut, Lebanon — my father was born and raised there, and we were visiting his family.
13. If you could meet anyone, living or dead, who would you choose? He is a very polarizing figure, but I would really like to meet Tim Tebow. People either love him or hate him. But I have a strong admiration for him because during his time playing for the Denver Broncos, he exhibited a huge amount of heart and a strong will to win. He was not even close to possessing the same skills or innate talents as any of the elite quarterbacks of the NFL, but he helped his team to win many games that season just based on the fact that he had no quit in him. I was saddened when he was cut by my hometown team, the New England Patriots, last season, and was hoping that he would be given an opportunity to develop his skills.
