For those of our readers who don’t know a great deal about you, please write a short bio. I’m from Houston Texas, I’m American but my mom and dad our mexican-american. I like anything that’s different or unusual. I have always been a little fiesty but Martial arts has taught me to be calm as I have a nervous nature. I like to read anything on non – fiction and like science, research and studies. I like to figure out why. I have a hard time sitting still and concentrating. I can be really goofy and corny when I’m around people who know me best. I’m very open – minded when it comes to most things.

Have you been involved in any sports other than martial arts? I used to break dance in middle school and highschool. Is that a sport? lol

How did you get involved in MMA? I did it to deal with issues I had growing up and used kickboxing first as an outlet .shortly after that jiu jitsu tournaments and then mma bc Im competitive by nature. I remember watching Gina carano fight and I thought she was so bad ass I wanted to do what she did

What is your record and do you have any impending fights? 6-4 I have one more ammy fight and then pro.

What is the status of your MMA journey and where do you see it leading? I’m at the end of my ammy career and ready to take it to the next level at pro. I hope to be a champion in my division someday.

Tell us a bit about your life outside the cage. I like to spend time with my gf, my dogs and my mexican family. I like to sleep and eat a lot lol. I like to read and go on adventures and travel.

Do you currently have a nickname in this sport? If so, what is it and why? The Cyclone, Cyclone, Lil Cyclone. One of my old teammates gave it to me bc I used to spin around like a little cyclone he said and every time we left practice or would go to practice we would play that song lol he was a young kid I used to drive him to and from practice and we wld jam out to that song in my car. Now I walk out to it almost everytime. It’s my theme song. Cyclone by baby bash

If you could offer one bit of advice to an aspiring fighter what would it be? Stick with it. Even on the most frustrating days you are learning and growing. Chase your dream, believe in yourself and never give up.

Would you like to give a shout out to any sponsors or individuals who have supported you? I’d like to give s shout out to God. I use the gifts and talents he has given me to glorify him. My gf Tonya Evinger who supports me always, Jeremy Mahon for all the time he put in to help me get better. My family and friends and all who continue to love and support me. Muah! ♡

Is there anything you’d like to add? N/A
